The staff was excellent! Cecilia and Diego went out of their way to help us and be there for us. We had an amazing time at the hotel.

The room, although very big, could get stuffy. It is a quiet room, but with no outer windows, it lacks a flow of air. I am not sure that can be changed. Maybe it is a structural thing. However, the room could benefit from upper windows. At least one to ensure the airflow.

Struttura e camera molto bella, posizione perfetta e colazione di qualità

La colazione è organizzata nel cortile interno dell'hotel, cosa di per sè molto bella se non fosse che i vari rumori (sia del bar sia delle persone che siedono ai tavolini, collocati proprio davanti alle porte delle stanze) arrivano alle camere, soprattutto a quelle situate al piano terreno come la nostra. Nel nostro caso il problema è stato percepito maggiormente perchè un altro ospite poco educato si è messo a parlare al telefono alle 6 della mattina a voce alta, seduto proprio al tavolino davanti alla nostra porta.

We chose for the location, central yet very quiet. We found the room very comfortable and breakfast offering delicious. But it was the team both friendly and professional in every way including when I needed a doctor at 7am the arranged everything and within 15minutes I was being treated. Highly recommend.

So beautiful, so peaceful, and very attentive staff.

I need oxygen (Cusco is at very high altitude) but their tank was empty and I had to wait an hour for the ambulance to deliver one. That was a little dangerous. But otherwise the service was excellent.

The architecture is spectacular, the interior design is stunning, elegant and stylish, extremely clean. Breakfast is great, fresh product and high quality. There's also a lovely cellar on site. The local management and staff members are an essential part of the amazing experience as they are highly professional, very careful and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located close to the best attractions, museums, shops, restaurants and bars, the cathedral. I can only suppose that Casa Clara is one of the very best options in Cusco and I strongly recommend to enjoy at the best the journey!
