"Decent but not Wow"

Location comes with parking and the flat is well equipped overall. The apartment was quiet given how close you are to city centre

The flat looks pristine in the pictures but was a little rough around the edges/worn. I would say it's in need of a deep clean and maybe a refurb. The cutlery was a little dirty on arrival and the TV didn't work (no Freeview or Channels). No WiFi either. You can't stay here for more than a night or two - beds are a bit uncomfortable.

"Great location for the centre of Birmingham for a family city break"

Location, the small pool table was great for the kids, washing liquid and clothes wash was provided, free parking felt safe and secure.

Very warm in the apartment, fusball table was broken, sofa a little worn

Within walking distance from the city centre. The appartement is fine, à litte small but sufficient for the family.

Very noisy due the fact that we had the windows! It was too warm. Air conditioning would be a must in the hot season. Wifi doesn't work, informed the owners but no response.

"Good stay overall"

Secured car park. Close to shops. Also good board games for kids.

No Kitchen tissue was provided. The sofa had a lot of stains since it was cloth and very much visible. If the professional cleaners are cleaning the apartment, then they should have noticed and should have cleaned it before another guest had arrived.
