BIG DISAPPOINTMENT One day before I contact with them for asking key information and they said they are not available because there is no electricity and internet so, forced us to cancel our booking and get our money back. We have a baby, we were okay even under that all poor conditions all we need to arrive and think what we can do then they didn't let us to go the place we paid because they had stuff for repairing things at home. It was so rude of them to leaving us with no solution. Finally we didn't accept and asked them some options later on we managed. I have serious complaints to booking.
