ER Studio Room Nearest KLIA

I like this place because it’s close to many shops nearby, so it’s very convenient if I want to buy food or anything else. The room is also good, and everything is still the same as usual, so there’s nothing that makes me uncomfortable. There’s nothing bad about the room , everything is perfect.

What I don’t like about this place is the host, which is the owner of this unit. Before this, whenever I stayed here, everything was okay. The booking details were usually given 2–3 days earlier. But for this booking, the details were only given around 2–3 hours before check-in at 3 PM, and I had to ask first before getting them. It shouldn’t be like this, even if I’ve booked this place many times before. I honestly thought maybe my booking wasn’t confirmed because of the lack of information. Even though I’m a regular customer, this kind of situation shouldn’t happen. Also about the parking lot , this was my first time being asked to park in the basement. There were no clear instructions or details about the parking process. Again, I had to ask first before getting any explanation. I didn’t notice the parking number in WhatsApp because usually I just park in front of the lobby. Since this was my first time parking in the basement, I was struggling to find the parking spot and had to keep driving around downstairs multiple times. I did message the host, but the replies were very unclear and not detailed. I had to keep asking questions before getting proper information. If I didn’t ask, nothing would be explained. So I hope the owner can improve this for future bookings. Overall, the place is great and I really enjoy staying here. I hope the owner takes this matter seriously and makes some improvements for the future when I come again :) I also hope the owner won’t be upset or angry about what I said here. I’m only sharing this feedback honestly because I like staying at this place and hope the service can become even better in the future.
