Home from Home sleeps seven

Neatly appointed, double car driveway. Relatively quiet neighbourhood and close access to amenities.

Needed some maintenance, sliding back door did not lock after the first time opening it, bathroom door handle was loose. The name is also misleading, with 1 double bed, 1 single and a bunk bed even if someone slept on the sofa there is reasonable room for 7. 6 would be acceptably accurate. Beds were somewhat uncomfortable. The mattresses were somewhat cheap and not overly comfy but served the purpose

Location, was very quite

There was no welcome pack on arrival, we were left with no hot water or heating for 24hrs, the house was dirty, literally had to clean everything we used... the dust on tables and side boards was shocking, hairs everywhere in the bathroom, carpets hadn't been hoovered at all in bedroomS, in the garden full ashtray full of cigarettes. Response from host were shocking and when they did come back they have completely ignored the fact the cleanliness was so bad, all they told me is that issue had been resolved, 24 hours after!!!! I think it's disgusting they left us so long without heating and hot water! never stay here again AVOID!!!

We arrived in Hastings to find out that the house was not available. We were given a two bedroom house instead which meant my son had to find different accommodation which had additional cost for which we require a refund. We were given a two bedroom flat with an awful smell and the entrance walls were filthy, there was mould on the ceilings in the bathroom. We sent 2 emails about this that were not replied to..we travelled to Hastings for daughters wedding and this caused undue stress. We were told that due to bad weather there was a leak that could not be fixed but when we travelled to the property it looked like there was someone living in the property and there was no workman there

This was advertised as having a sofa bed which it didn’t have. Also no bedding for the sofa for myself and husband. 7 of us stayed I ended up top and tail on the bottom bunk with my four year old, my husband who is tall had the L shaped sofa with a throw!

Not enough beds / bedding. Toilet seat faulty and oven unclean

One of the beds was broken which we was told we would get a replacement for but never did. No room was cleaned at all even having a bloody sanitry towel in the radiator, muddy footprints in the rugs, door lock booted of the door so wasnt even secure. when we got to the property the building was also blocked off with works and there was no shower or hot water

A bit difficult had no correspondence from you or anyone office number you have was closed on Saturdays only thru me going trying landlord website was able to locate a mobile number eventually to find door code !! need to send emails to customers with these details or be available 24/7 for keys
