"Leafy Lytham Apt"

Location, clean, spacious. Great kitchen.

Front door to building faulty, often left open. Ideal to have a mirror somewhete in apt plus some sachets of soap/ shampoo..arrived late and we did not have any.

Nest of side tables in lounge, and a larger settee,a lamp in corner of lounge,and mirror in bedroom fixed to the wall next to window..not behind the door.

Very clean, tidy and well presented. Nice airy rooms. Attractive Victorian building. Good position very near to beachfront and shops, cafes and restaurants. Very responsive owners.
