The food

Poor reception/hospitality Rooms not so clean No house keeping, had to reuse same towel for 2 nights. Does not cater separate rooms for adults and children. No wardrobe Poor wifi connection No coffee/tea No plates, cups nor cutlery Geyser too small or not working properly, hardly had hot water, had to take cold shower Consistent power failure, with poor backup Pool not so clean Bed worn out and uncomfortable Pillows not comfortable Poor lighting No aircon

It’s not far from the main road and the staff was honestly amazing. Those are the only two things

The room didn’t even have a small kitchen basin. The shower didn’t have a shower door so the water would seep out the main bathroom door. The bedding had blood on the sheets. Nd I think the problem was the assigned cleaner dsnt understand English properly because we got there before our room as ready nd we saw a few mistakes and asked her to fix but shame. You could see la khuti we speaking alone

They have no Wi-Fi, no power and water backup. We had no water electricity from midnight. Not offered water to bath no shower in the morning until 10:00 am when we where checking out.

The staff was friendly❤️

The rooms were not what I saw online, online it said 3 pools when I got there there was only one. The rooms had a very bad smell, the other shower was so uncomfortable yoh that place is really not nice. There's nothing to love there it was a good thing that we were there only for one night. No more🚮

"Never stayed and was a mission to get a full refund."

The photos of the place speaks differently from the actual reality. The room was double booked, couldn't stay and had to look for another place. The lady who received us was very professional and apologized but the place that was also having a party, lots of people and the lasy also insisted on us getting another place cos of the noise.

Worse place to stay ever, what you see is 100% not what you get. No water in toilet.,dirty, nothing works. Terrible choice. I asked to leave after ariving it was so bad, waiting for refund, but sure will never get it
