This is a perfect apartment, everything is very thought out and made with love. Many thanks to Evgenia, she always helped with advice, gave a lot of useful recommendations and in general is a very pleasant and attentive girl! thank you very much for your hospitality!

The location is difficult to reach especially if you carry your baggage.

Very spacious apartment, excellent kitchen, it was a pity that our stay was so short and we couldn't enjoy it properly. It is near a bus stop. Good location relatively close to a major train station and to the FlixBus bus stop.

It is a very hilly area, therefore not accessible to everyone. Even the bus, which stops near by, takes quite a while to arrive there to the climbing.

Excellent stay in Genoa and its surroundings. The location of the flat was convenient accessible on foot (from tough stairs), by direct bus from principe station (606, 39), or the lift (free) (possibility to rent a parking lot place). The flat was clean, well furnished, clear, well decorated. The flat is on the top area of Genoa, in a quiet and safe district, there is a washing machine, facilities to hang clothes and sun, very convenient and necessary to dry the beach clothes. The owner was helpful and reactive. Philippe who handed the keys is very king.

The tough stairs to get up in the flat under the heat a notice of warning would have been welcome. Finding cleaning products for washing machine is welcome too

Really great kitchen facilities with everything you could need, if we were staying longer we would have bought the ingredients to make our own pizza. Lovely location close to the port, with local shops and cafe a stones throw away. Loved the walk in wardrobe in the bedroom. Our host was super friendly and helpful.

There are lots of steep steps leading to the property, which is not a complaint just something to note. It is a very picturesque neighbourhood. Do look carefully at the map and photos that the host sends you pre arrival, so you know exactly the location of the property, otherwise you risk walking up and down the steep steps looking for it. Like we did! It was hard to cool down the temperature in the apartment even with fans, but it was very hot outside.
