Vinchella-3 bedroom caravan

I booked this property as a small trip for my pregnant sister and nephew of 2 as she is not far off having her new baby. My mum also came to. The pictures looked great online however when I got to the property I had not been given a key code. Luckily the gent on the main haven gates let me in. I new where the property was based so I first went to the property to see if there was access. As there was not I called the number provided on booking.com that went through to a plumbing company. Earlier I had been into the haven office and the staff where lovely so I went back in when I had no access and explained the issue. Haven had a different number which they called and got through to the lady who owned the property. She game me the access code and I went in. My nephew was supposed to have his nap time so my sister tried to comfort him, while my mum was unloading the car I was in shock and trying to figure out a way to tell them it didn't look clean. Half of the beds where part made while others had no mattress protectors on. So I looked through the cupboard to see if I could find any other mattress protectors. In doing so old bed linen and also a dead spider had felt out of the cupboard along with a dusty heater cap of some sort and the duvets. All duvets where single ever though there was a double bed. I understand if linen isn't provided but it should state how it is presented. Also in caravans the size of he bed varys so it's about stating what is the size of linen that would be needed. There was an old top of a wrapper on the floor in the bathroom and the dustpan and brush had dirt left in it as if the last customers had just done a quick clean up. When contacting the man who also might of owned the property. I explained about the linen and the cleanliness of the property. He was aggressive in nature and I felt unsafe leaving my family here. I had to book somewhere else to stay at short notice. I have been with booking.

we like everything in the accommodation, basic things are provided. Ricky was a great host making sure that we know everything prior to coming to the accommodation.
