Po príchode nakoľko bol parking FREE na ulici ale bolo všetko obsadené kvoli tomu že sa tam pracuje, ochotný majiteľ bytu mi dal svoje garážové státie gratis.

Moderný interiér a vybavenie bytu. Kvalitná sprchová bateria a hlavica. Kvalitna matrac a postel s pristelkou. Prijemná a pekná sídlisková lokalita s moznostou grilovania a zabavy na modernom detskom ihrisku.

Niektoré riady neboli poriadne umyté. Varná kanvica bola zanesená od vodneho kameňa. Svetlo nad stolíkom bolo príliš intenzívne a nízko.

It was a really nicely designed, new and compact apartment. Everything had been thoughtfully considered. It was spotlessly clean with plenty of storage. The apartment felt safe and secure and was well equipped (although we didn't use the kitchen for more than a cup of tea, as Bratislava has so many good options for eating out!) The host met us on arrival and explained the entry system and wi-fi code.

For summer holidays, it should be noted that the property does not have air-con. When the windows are opened, on hot days, they let hot air in. Also for the best soundproofing, they need to be shut. But the flat itself is great and accurately advertised. An electric fan would help.

Ubytovateľ poskytol všetky potrbné informácie a zaujímal sa aj počas pobytu či je všetko vporiadku. Apartmán je síce menší ale pre jednotlivca alebo pár vyhovujúci, čistý a tichý. Monosť parkovania je v Bratislave ozaj výhodou.

The apartment had an excellent location and was exceptionally clean. The owner was very helpful, especially when I experienced a small issue upon arrival. He made sure that everything was resolved quickly and regularly checked in during my stay, always responding promptly to any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again when I return to Bratislava.
