USWas a decent stay but they didn’t have bath towels in the bathroom. Had to dry off with a hand towel.

Bed mattress was very uncomfortable. The fridge was disgusting with fungus and bad smell. I did not get a copy of my statement by email as promised.

AURoom was a great size and bed was comfortable. It was clean and had the basic toiletries needed for the stay. Breakfast was okay.
Breakfast was powdered egg, gristle sausages, cereal, waffles, yogurt, pastries and bread. When we arrived we were put into a room that either someone else was staying in or it had not been cleaned, so we changed rooms. At around 7pm we were asked for the guy at reception to have access to our room to allow carpet cleaning guys to come into our room and shampoo our carpet. So we had to vacate the room and our suitcases while they cleaned. Although it’s nice to have the carpet cleaned, it left the carpet wet all night and the next day, so we had to wear shoes at all times.
The room was clean and comfortable. There were no towels, extra toilet paper or Kleenex in the room. Had to go to front desk for these items. Bath items were sample size. Breakfast had limited items. Waffles were good. Went downstairs at 7:30 a.m. and there were not a lot of options available.
