"Un havre de paix face Caraibes."

La vue est splendide. On ne s'en lasse pas. Le choix entre plage et piscine est appréciable. L'équipement du logement. La chambre climatisée à l'étage.

Un manque d'entretien de la résidence est bien dommage. Ce cadre est une chance, la copropriété devrait suivre.

Terrazza con vista che vale tutto. Posizione strategica fuori dal caos e a due passi da tutti i servizi. Spiaggetta comodissima e appartamento dotato di tutte le comodità. Comodo il serbatoio dell'acqua che ci è servito visti i continui stop idrici. Proprietari disponibilissimi anche a distanza.

Gli esterni del residence possono colpire in negativo all'inizio poiché fatiscenti, ma abbiamo notato lavori in corso. Forse l'arredamento un po' datato, ma sono cose di poco conto.
