GBThe staff and the hotel was excellent. I did spend a lot of my time at the bar on the second floor near the pool. the staff were very attentive and couldnt do enough for me. I must pay special attention to Pradipta, Surojit, Tandrisa, Sayontoni and Jaya they were fantastic. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

All was good but the gym was rather small, nobody was there even at 7:30am, and I had to figure out how to operate the treadmill. Equipment are quite basic.
ININRoom ambience, beddings etc were excellent. Break fast was excellent but suggest to slightly increase the spread.
INThe property is new and rooms are large and clean. Comfortable beds, staff are friendly. They also have basement parking a big plus as this is not very common. The complementary fruit basket was wonderful. Coffee was excellent so rare find in these parts. Kudos for this!!
Hot water was a major issue but after repeated complaints they solved it. Location is in a congested area and noisy. Reaching was difficult due to blocked roads. Breakfast spread was good but could add more items. But overall good.
