UAClean, warm, quiet and sunny (facing south) apartment in a new building, with all what you'll need for a week stay: fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, fast Wi-Fi; near big supermarkets, restaurants, old town and transportation hub but far enough from all the noises they make. There are also two big garage parking across the street. Nice bonus - you can see ocean from all windows.
There were some renovations happening in buildings next door that was waking me up at 9 am as walls are thin. But to be fair thin walls are a standard in south Europe, as well as renovations are happening all over the city. The apartment was quiet during night time as neighbors and neighborhood are quiet.
