Confusing rubbish bins

Great place, close to old town 15 minutes walk. Around few good restaurants and caffe as well. The apartament is very new and mortem with spectacular sea view from 2 balconies. Just downstairs you have a nice beach club too. This is of course expensive one but worth the price! And a very nice English speaking service! You also get a private parking lot that stays in the shadow all day long.

Relatively expensive and coffee machine missing.

Location was good for getting coffee and breakfast in morning. Also good for walking to historic center. Parking in garage was very easy and accessible. The view was spectacular!

Property was described as having 2 full bathrooms, but there were only 1 1/2 baths. The second bath had no shower, so we had to share the shower with our friends. Also, having only one set of keys made it difficult to access the apt. when we wanted to go our separate ways. There also needs to be a better description of the recycling bins and what items go into each bin.

#1 is the staff - Fabulous, helpful and available - 10 stars for Piero! The apartment is new, clean, bright, well furnished with every thing you would need for 1 week stay. Their is gated parking and an elevator and the views from the balconies are SPECTACULAR!

The location is amazing, the apartment is very nice, clean and well maintained. The host was very friendly, effective and helpful.

It's a perfect place for somebody (family or friends) with car. The view is fantastic, the apartman is brand new and well equipped. The host, Piero was very helpful with every kind of information (thank you again!). The apartman is exactly as on the pictures. It has a floor heating, which was useful taking he very bad April weather into account. The city is nice, was in the middle of our planned excursions, is perfect for one-day tours in Puglia.

The apartment was as advertised. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and modern. View was spectacular. A 10-15 minute walk to the historic center of Monopoli.

It would have been helpful to have some written instructions onsite regarding the recycling/waste management rules and directions for using the dishwasher and the clothes washer. As non-europeans, we found the appliances different enough that we had trouble figuring out how to use them.
