Beach House with Ocean view

Location! Beautiful oceanfront house with plenty of room for our family. The panoramic ocean views were absolutely stunning, and waking up to the sound of the waves each morning instead of traffic was incredibly peaceful. We loved spending time outdoors—having coffee on the deck at sunrise, taking walks on the beach, and enjoying the relaxed coastal atmosphere. All neighbors were super friendly. Police had frequent patrols of area. Very safe neighborhood by the jetty. Golf Cart Rental was perfect! Renting a golf cart was the perfect way to get around and made it easy to explore the area and access nearby attractions. Jay is a fantastic host! Jay was a fantastic host—polite, punctual, friendly, and always available by phone. He was quick to answer questions and genuinely willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location and beach access were great, but the furniture was not comfortable. The couch was especially uncomfortable because you could feel the wooden frame underneath the cushions, making it difficult to relax. The bed was firmer than expected, and the pillows were flat and offered very little support. Updating the seating, mattress, and pillows would make the stay much more comfortable.

Water filtration inside the house could have been better and it needs more seating downstairs on the lower area. Other than that it was nice.

Perfect! Clean, comfortable. Every amenity you could wish for. The location to the beach was the best. Some serious relaxation happened on the balcony. The lift was a huge relief. The view couldn’t have been better! It was an incredible trip!

I can’t think of a single thing I didn’t like! I have stayed in two other properties on Surfside and this was by far the best all the way around!
