"Exceptional"

We arrived during an extreme cold spell and especially appreciated the genuine hospitality offered by all staff that we encountered during our stay. Our room was very comfortable and ideally suited to our needs. The only "complaint" we had was the noise of the HVAC unit, which of course ran more than usual because of the cold.

"Nice room with zero comfort."

The room was good size. Full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, 2 burner stove. We did not need that for our stay but it was nice. However, the couch,table chairs felt like we should have been only 4ft tall humans. The bed, was by far the worst weve ever experienced. So there was zero comfort.

Staff attempted to repair heat in our room. It stopped working again in the night. We were told there would be no repair till after 7 a.m. On checking out we were told that no refund would be forthcoming because we booked through Expedia. Customer satisfaction for 60 degree room is 0/10. Marriott should not accept this.
