We had a wonderful stay in Palermo, and what truly made it special was the warmth and hospitality of the place. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home — the atmosphere was cozy, welcoming, and full of character. What impressed us most was the kindness and friendliness of the host, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I liked everything very much, good location,. The apartment has Air conditioning that saves in such a heat. There is Wi-Fi and many interesting and useful devices for a comfortable stay

There is a light in front of the apartment with a sensor that shines directly into your face when you are lying in bed because of the window which is very awkwardly designed, it is very uncomfortable and you can't sleep. The floor was dirty. The appartment is also located in a bad area where you do not feel Safe. Check-out was supposed to be at 11.00, but at 10.30 we had a cleaner already knocking at our door.

We had a good size of apartman. The mattress is soft but comfortable. The owner is very helpful and kind person.

The area of the apartment was unexpectedly horrible and scary and the neighbours are so loud. Rubbish everywhere on the street. By the picture we thought the apartment is in a nice area. There were couple of issues within the apartment. The apartment is not ventilated properly. The humidifier machine didn't work so we always had to leave the doors wide open while we were in the apartment as the room is damp becuse of steam and for this reason it has a bad smell. There is mold on the wall. The water boiler was leaking every time after showering. There are not enough hot water for 2 person to take a shower. We always had to wait until there are more hot water for the 2nd person. There were little flies living in the apartment. Especially in the bathroom. The wifi is not so good as you always had to reconnect or it was just simply weak. There is a very bad mobile network coverage in the area. It was not possible to make a phone call in the apartment.
