Great location. Nice and clean apartment.

The self check in went very smoothly, but they needed a selfie picture holding the keys, which seemed very strange to me.

Great location. Nice looking apartment. Good bathroom.

There are only two windows in the apartment that are 1 meter away from a construction sight so no day light can get in. They started working at 7 am so we didn’t get much sleep. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, accessible only by very narrow stairs. The dresser was filled with “extra stuff” and you could not place your clothes there, or you have to remove everything and put it on the couch. The shower has limiter to for the hot water, every 10 minutes you have to wait 5 minutes. The owner has a menu for cleaning, if you leave dirty dishes it costs 15 euro, if you use extra sheets it costs 15 euro, if you leave a garbage bag in the apartment 15 euro, but there isn’t a trash can nearby and you have to walk 5 minutes to throw it away. Disgusting prices considering the amount paid for the apartment!

Excellent location, apartment was impeccably clean with fresh linens, towels and comfortable bedding. The information given prior to and during the stay was very clear and customer service was very helpful and responsive before, during and at the end of our stay.

It’s not the fault of the owners in any way, but our gps/Google maps were not able to locate the key-box location for check-in. Customer service was very responsive however and stayed on a chat with us until we checked in.
