Chambre très spacieuse avec de grands lits, c'était propre J'ai adoré la piscine avec ses plages pour que les enfants jouent tranquillement L'emplacement est top, en 5 minutes à pied il y a restaurant, salon de massage...

Pas de volets ou rideaux occultant pour les grandes baies vitrées.. c'est pas facile pour faire faire la sieste aux enfants

Woda w bojlerze się skończyła więc nie mieliśmy się jak umyć, zanim obsługa to naprawiła trochę to zajeło.

The staff was lovely, a decent walk to the beach

The rooms seem quite old, bathrooms could be renovated and cleaner

The location was okay, but the pool was very dirty. the room was clean and spacious as we went into check.

We called the hotel around 11:00 AM to confirm our arrival and requested that our room be ready by approximately 12:30 PM. The staff confirmed this would be fine. Unfortunately, due to delays, we arrived at around 2:00 PM. Upon arrival, we were shocked to be told that our booked room had been given to someone else. When we tried to express our frustration and point out that this was unprofessional, the situation escalated. The owner scolded us with abusive language, screamed curse words at us, and physically asked us to leave the premises. We were effectively chased out of the hotel and were pressured to cancel our booking. This treatment was completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and extremely distressing. We feel unsafe and very frustrated by the way we were treated.

Czysty i ciepły basen, bardzo dobre śniadanie, przestronny pokój z sejfem.

Dużo mrówek w pokoju, brak lodówki.
