The bed was comfy.

it had no TV and the shower pressure was poor the tea towel was dirty.

Great option for those that have family in ABI which is only a 10 minute walk away, but it's basically a glorified backpackers. It needs to be made clearer that you are renting a room, along with whoever else books a room. Shared facilities, and although the rooms can be locked from the inside, you cannot leave your room during the day and lock it up at all. I booked this for my mum and if I had known it was shared and no ability to lock her room I would have booked elsewhere. Even the other tenants that arrived seemed surprised that it also had strangers renting rooms at the same time.
