"Great accommodation for 3"

Spacious studio, spotlessly clean, very comfortable. Was very convenient for Downham Market and King's Lynn which I was visiting. Communication with the owners was smooth and replies prompt.

"Perfect for Norfolk getaway"

Everything, we took our little one on his first family holiday and it was perfect. Emily and Adam were very responsive for any queries and check in was nice and easy. Location wise it’s perfect for exploring Norfolk, with the coast not far away. The accommodation was lovely, bed super comfy, shower facilities great and nice seating area. They even provided a travel cot for our little one which helped a lot. 5 minute walk away from a very friendly village pub (Kings Arms). Will be visiting again in the future.

I've been working in this areal and living here for a week. You'll feel at home in this room, which has everything you need. Comfortable, wonderful, and restful.
