Great location fantastic room. Lovely, comfy bed. Breakfast items provided just brilliant. Will definitely stay again next year.

Only one tiny negative there was an ironing board, but no iron.

Perfect. Emily & Adam were very helpful and friendly. Beautiful spacious place. Walking distance to a nice pub and stunning woodlands walks. Definitely come back.

"Such a lovely few days break."

This property was so lovely & was fully equipped for us. The staff was so friendly & helpful they even put a few essentials for us in their mini fridge for when we arrived. Very accommodating for adults especially with children. Lovely area and not too far from King's Lynn would definitely recommend and will be back in future.

Mostly how accommodating the family were and how clean it was.
