Clean, spacious property with modern equipment. Quiet location. Enclosed garden ( would have been great in good weather!) Useful downstairs WC.

All ok, but had a bit of trouble getting hot water to sinks.Shower fine.

Lovely accommodation in a great location. All you could want in terms of facilities. Host answered all questions, was very helpful and property was spacious and well maintained. Bonus of downstairs toilet. Spacious car park space. Highly recommend.

A small amount of food left in sink. Slight odour from fridge in utility room. But in main immaculate and very clean throughout.

Warm comfortable and spacious family house in good location, great for our family.

Needs a hanging rail or similar in the small bedroom and the oven needs a thorough clean due to previous occupants spilling fats and food in it.

Perfect base for our weekend in Sheringham. There was a small, unforseeable, issue which was dealt with promptly by the host. Would highly recommend.

A Warm and comfortable house within walking distance of Sheringham and main town centre shops. House was in good order however the toilet seat needed properly fixing and the kitchen was in need of a refurbishment.

Toilet seat was not properly fixed, Kitchen worksurfaces were badly worn showing signs of deterioration, some crockery was stained through not being washed properly.

Perfect location for our needs. Well kitted out.

Only thing that could do with an update is the electric shower as it’s a little weak.

Was just beautiful. Lovely quality fittings and fixtures and beautifully clean. The beds were so so comfortable especially the master bedroom!! So many small added extras perfect for a family trip.

That I only stayed one night!!! But there is nothing at all that could be disliked!

The heating was very noisy so I think the radiators need bleeding.
