Super clean, included everything we needed, great Wifi

The location was great and it served it's purpose for a quick stay to see my daughter.

The sun room was really cold at night where the boys stayed, but other than that it was great.

Peaceful location.

No paper towels or napkins were included. Didn't see any extra rolls of toilet paper. Had to ration like during the pandemic. The window blinds could use a good dusting. Bathtubs are a little slippery. We had my 88 year old f-i-l and we're worried about him slipping.

The home is in a quiet gated community that was close to the gem mining we came to visit. The couch was comfortable. King bed in master was comfortable as well.

Wifi kept cutting out. The TV with fire stick worked great the first night, but we couldn't get any sound the second night. Queen bed was very uncomfortable, so our son ended up sleeping on the couch.

The house was so cute and clean. The location was lovely and so peaceful. The facilities were perfect and met all our needs. We were all very comfortable and had our own space. Wifi was excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

I had the worst experience with my last booking stay. I had a flight delay for almost 5 hours and couldn't get to the property in time. First of all the property refused to modify dates of our stay, but I thought that it is okay because at least they kept our booking and didn't cancel it because cancellation would result the full amount of the stay. When we came to the property it smelled really bad, my friend told me that the smell was from mouse that probably live in the house. We were able to get rid of that smell to the end of our trip but we couldn't get rid from the smell of the couch in the living room, it smelled like dog and it was bad too. The bedding was dirty and with hair, we needed to wash it. There was no hair dryer in the house. For three or four days of our stay we had no internet. The owner texted me that there's no outages and then when I complained once again she sent someone to check the router when we were not in the house and didn't notify us about it. I saw things moved and felt unsafe since that time. The owner just texted me afterward that she had someone to check the router. The next time this guy tried to came in we were at house and the owner texted us that the guy cannot get in because there's no one in the house, which was total nonsense. When the guy came in on the next day, he checked the router and told us to use our hot spot because router doesn't work(obviously) and the owner will need to contact the provider to fix the problem. When the worker from the internet provider came in he told me that they could've just go to the office and pick up the router, that would be the fastest option and we didn't have to wait that long.
