Noise at night - doors being slammed no respect- - food order was pretty basic for the price need for air conditioning

The pool was absolutely freezing and couldn’t stay in longer than 10 min. Considering it was a spa stay it certainly didn’t match that and wasn’t cheap

Sehr schön gelegen inmitten einer Seeenlanschaft. Unser Zimmer hatte Blick direkt auf den See. Viele Wandermöglichkeiten und ideal für Ausflüge in die Cotswolds Dörfer . Große Anlage, daher auch viel Unruhe z.B. am Frühstücksbuffet.

It is by far the loveliest Hotel with by far the most comfortable beds and the most incredible breakfast.

Staff were pleasant, reception area, dining area and lakes were nice, breakfast was good and large bed was comfortable.

Rooms were dated, bathroom was very basic and desperately needed refurbishing. Bathroom door barely closed, the sink tap squirted water all up the wall, which had caused longstanding damage to paintwork. The shower wasn’t very clean. Bedroom curtains and bed throw had marks on them. Evening meal in restaurant near to reception was very poor and staggeringly overpriced. Hanger Steak was overcooked and gristly, chips were cheap frozen variety and barely cooked and white wine was £15 per large glass! Service was extremely slow despite it not being that busy- definitely avoid.
