"Very Good"

The property was close to shops, restaurants and casino. All very accessible by foot. Check in was easy, I was given a code to access my room. Good sized room with lots of space.

You could hear the people above you if they were walking or being loud which was typical each night.

"Great option close to everything"

Very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed room - coffee maker, fridge, microwave, TV, table and chairs, USB ports to charge your phone. I like that the sink area is separate from the toilet/shower so multiple people can get ready at the same time. Updated decor was very nice. Loved that it offered three queen sized beds instead of 2 beds and a pull out couch or cot. This is hard to find. Location was excellent - very close to Heavenly Village - just a short walk.

The parking lot was very small and tight. If you have a ground floor room, the cars are parked directly outside your door. The walls are very thin - you can hear your neighbors very well. There was a vending machine but not sure if it was in working order. It looked old and abandoned so I did not attempt to use it. Bed was uncomfortable. It was a bit springy and not so great on the back and was a bit old looking.

"Good location and large rooms"

Good location, easy walk to the central, Gondola etc. The room was huge, almost a ball-room besides the large bed. Other than below it was very good. They also offered very discounted Beach vouchers which was a nice touch.

The check-in arrangement is not easy to navigate if you do not have network. The bed frame was metal and cushioning between the frame elements were missing or worn, so moving about could be noisy. The bath drain was blocked.

I have never experienced a more unprofessional, unpleasant staff before. It is a contactless hotel, I did not receive the information for the room such as room code/room number, I emailed and called but couldn't get a hold of anyone. By this time, another couple had been on the phone for two hours trying to get their room info and or a refund. Another couple came out and said the staff of the hotel room had yelled at them when trying to get their room info. It wasn't until I reached out to booking.com, who then reacted out to the property that they finally sent the room information over. The booking.com agent even told me that the hotel representative wasn't pleasent. At this point, I was very dissatisfied and wanted a refund. I contacted the hotel, finally got a hold of Laura and she was the most unprofessional rep I have ever spoken too. She kept getting me mixed up with other customers who she had yelled at previously, would apologize then immediately be combative. She kept putting words in my mouth but eventually, she said they could offer a 50% discount, then got mad some more and lowered it to 25%. Anything I said set this woman off. I reached back out to booking.com who had to send the email over for the refund and surprise surprise, the hotel never responded. I would highly suggest picking another hotel, there is one called 3 peaks resort down the way who were amazing.
