The Good Vibes Only Cottage

The house is so big and has everything you may need for your trip! The host was very resposive and attentive!

Great location. Great a/c. Everything looked exactly as pictured. There is plenty of hot water! The washer and dryer were a God send! Wine upon arrival was a lovely touch as well! Easy access to highways! Backyard was great for my boys to play in while we were there without the worry about running off. 6ft wooden fencing with no exits(there is, but it's locked) my boys loved looking at the lizards on the side of the house every morning. Short drive from several beaches! The host was great checking in to make sure we had everything we needed.

I have nothing but great things to say. However, there are two downsides to our stay. One of the beds was extremely firm. Nothing a few of the pillows on the bed could help, but most definitely bring a mattress pad if you can't sleep on a firm bed. There were a couple of small areas that couldve used cleaning like under the bed(we found and left a pair of mens underwear from the people before us under the bed as we were double checking for our things to leave) and the pull out bed had not been cleaned so we did not use it as there was no vacum on the property to vacuum up the crumbs off of it. It was very a very thin mattress, so we just opted not to use it, and my kids slept in my bed with me.

This is the cutest little cottage ever! It was home away from home! The cottage was exceptionally beautiful and clean! It was only 5 minutes away from the Zoo which was so much fun!

There was nothing about the cottage that we did not like.

The it took awhile for us to figure out how tonstop the air from automatically adjusting back to 78 at night.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was plenty big enough. We did have an issue with the toilet not flushing. I reached out to the property manager & she had someone to fix it within a couple hours! So all worked out !

We could not figure out the nest system. We would turn down the air to a comfortable level and then within an hour it would go back up to 78 degrees. We would have to wake up in the middle of the night multiple times to adjust it back down.

We loved everything about this little house! Communication from the owner was fantastic from the day I booked the stay all the way through check-out. It's very clean and has everything you could possibly need for a stay, including some little board games. The personal touches, such as the welcome bottle of wine and the message on the blackboard, really set this place apart. I loved the labels on all of the kitchen cabinets/drawers, making things easy to find without needing to search. It's a quiet little neighborhood, and it was close to everything we needed. My husband was originally a little leary about booking someone's house, but after about 5 minutes, he was telling me how glad he was that I found this place. We will definitely try to book here any time we are in the area!

The Good Vibes Only Cottage was perfect for our visit to Tampa this weekend. We traveled down to attend a wedding and had a great time!

The place was Perfect !! Parking space in front was a plus. Very quiet block with friendly neighbors, we stayed for 4 days and felt safe the entire time there. 15 min from everything in either direction Really Nice Space, backyard was super bonus. Anytime we're in teh Tampa area we plan to book.
