Deluxe Residence - Windhoek

Staff were very very helpful and willing to assist with any queries or questions we had. Given we were a group of 12 (4 families) the accommodation worked extremely well and the set up with the pool etc. made it a very easy place to stay as we prepared for a 3 week trip around Namibia and Zimbabwe. Can hot speak more highly of the staff as they were just fanstatic.

There was no aspect that we found disappointing

Modern very clean accommodation. The cleaning personnel were very helpful and friendly.

The swimming pool was not very clean with lots of hair and floating insects. The person in charge did not manage the property. He was not available when guests arrived and we as guests had to open the door for them. He was seldom available when guests needed drinks from the bar and when he was present, did he listen to music and videos on is phone at high volume whilst guests tried to have a conversation. He also requested our payment whilst we were having our dinner. He also invited non guests to have drinks at the small bar area, whilst we were having dinner.

The interior design is absolutely stunning — it strikes the perfect balance between comfort and elegance. Every detail feels thoughtfully curated, making the space feel both luxurious and inviting. It’s like stepping into a magazine spread, but with the warmth of home.

The only other guest that party all night next to the pool .. next morning the place was a mess they bring in girls for the night .... not a family environment Will not stay there again sorry ...
