Ein schönes Apartment in einer abgeschlossenen Wohnanlage ca. 45 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und alles war sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Auch der Innenhof mit Pool lud zum Verweilen ein.

Clean, easy to find and have plenty parking spaces. We drove there and parking on site was not an issue. Rooms are spacious with good kitchen ware and supplies.

It's really bright in the room at night and there was no way to turn off the swimming pool light in the backyard. I had contacted the host and requested to change for a different room but was ignored. Location is not good either, it's in a pretty remote area with limited options of restaurants.

Updated: response to the host's message: 1, Yes I was able to turn off the light, however it didn't resolve the issue with the swimming pool lights on. Hope future guests are aware of this - that the light may be too bright for the room without being able to turn off. This is still an issue. 2, I paid additional to store our luggages so technically the host didn't go out of their way to accommodate us. But indeed they're flexible to meet our needs 3, Bad customer service: I did inform the host that I wanted to switch to a different room, but I did not receive any communication from them letting me know about the full capacity. I was not aware of it until we went back again. I have the message conversation to show that the property did not communicate. So stop calling this as dishonest review. Location: it’s at least 15 mins drive to downtown, few to no restaurant options near the place. However it’s in a suburb area so it’s quiet Facility: it’s comfortable especially in those two bedrooms apartment, it has a nice living room so people can hangout together. The issue for my stay was the yard light is really bright and there’s no curtain blocking the lights into the room so the room feels really bright even with indoor lights off. There’s no switch to turn off the yard light. Services: bad and ignore customers need. I asked for a different room for our second stay to prevent the bright light in the evening and the facility ignored my request completely. No customer service and zero care for customer’s request. That’s why it’s a 1 star review

Diese Unterkunft in Windhoek ist sehr modern und schick. Gerade für vier Personen war das Apartment super. Man ist schnell bei den Einkaufszentren, in der Innenstadt oder auf der Autobahn. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen, wenn man in Windhoek ist. Es handelt sich um einen schön angelegten Komplex mit mehreren Wohnungen und Pool. Man fühlt sich sehr sicher und die Autos können in einer Garage stehen.
