Coco Palms Resort, Diveagar

I visited Divegar with my family (7 members), Coco Plam resort is not very huge in size but it very comfortable and cozy. Rooms are sufficiently big in size, we all were able to sit in one room together and still we were not feeling cramped. Lot of greenery, all the rooms are garden facing. Rooms have nice sitout as well. Food is Really good, Space for breakfast buffet is small, But breakfast options are sufficient and tasty too. other food items in lunch and dinner are also delicious. Must try thali at the restaurant. Property is some 5-7 mins from the beach. Overall nice place to stay with small / big families, nice green property with big rooms and food is also good.

The room was big

They charged us of 4 star hotel but the services was of motel. No changing bedsheets refilling pantry nothing. Food from the restaurant was not good.

Loved staying in Coco Palms Resort during our Diveagar visit. The property is fantastically maintained and the staff are too cordial and welcoming

The mobile network is poor and at times it becomes difficult to contact or even order for some room service.

Rooms were new, spacious. Just five minutes from the beach. Dinner and breakfast was good.

We have travelled extensively and stayed in many 5 star to 2 star hotels. But Manager at front desk in this hotel was not helpful at all. He was bit arrogant. He denied the change in bill name for GST purpose which many hotels do change in name. Very disappointed. We had 2 cottages had a late check in on 13 Oct to 14 Oct 2023. Rooms and bathrooms where very dirty. Had frogs, spider, flying insects, mosquito and ants in the rooms. No insecticide was used. Intercom was not working. Had to keep calling front desk reception through mobile for room maintenance.

Ambience, rooms, cleanliness and maintenance of the property is good. Service is +.

The swimming pool was not at all clean. Food needs a lot of improvement.
