Pods by The Usual Rotterdam

Room’s space very claustrophobic. Breakfast included means just 1 pastry and 1 hot beverage. Showers were flooded. Price too high for the service offered.

Location

The rooms were cold generally the building was cold. All the guests were complaining about how cold it was and the staff for 2 1/2 weeks didn’t do anything about it. Staff were rude not recommended for people on business trips as every day during the week when I would be doing meetings I will be told to move and sit somewhere else the reason they are cleaning which in the last 25 years of staying in hotels I’ve never been told to move because they’re cleaning and they didn’t tell everyone else they particularly came to me every day and did the same thing. The pods are much smaller than pods I’ve used in other cities and countries around the world from speaking to people with the lower pods. The mattress is on the floor which is unhygienic. An Italian couple was staying below me and after two days his partner was sick and sick the duration from being on the floor and it being freezing cold.
