Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mooi en verzorgde uitstraling.

Van het verblijf verder niets, maar dat booking.com aangeeft inclusief ontbijt, terwijl dat enkel koffie en een croissant is. Bijbetaling gedaan voor een heerlijk ontbijt, maar jammer dat booking.com niet reageert op het verblijf om de vermelding inclusief ontbijt aan te passen naar koffie met croissant. Vindt ik namelijk een groot verschil.

"Verschrikkelijk"

Het winkelcentrum en metrostation liggen in de buurt

Bij aankomst was het al zoeken naar personeel voor in te checken. Eenmaal op de kamer leek het een pod te zijn. Hier lagen nog geknipte nagels op de rand van het bed. Stof is hier niet meer geveegd geweest. Plafond en vloer zitten vol met plekken vuiligheid. Hetgeen wat op Booking stond is niet hetgeen wat we gekregen hebben. Staat er op de reservering inclusief ontbijt. Krijgen we enkel een gewone koffie met een croissant Personeel spreekt ook geen Nederlands moeilijk om dus te communiceren
