The outstanding excellent service at the reception

The microwave which did not work; the top part of the fridge did not keep things cold; one of the single couches was a bit loose; the main bedroom bed is too hard and uncomfortable; there was no dish wash cloths with the soap provided; the refuse that is not removed when fresh bottles of drinking water is placed in the unit daily. NB: The small adjacent bedroom interlocking to the main unit smelled so manly especially the bedding
