NZGood location for walking. This would be considered the equivalent of a 2.5-3 star stay. If you’re on a budget, it’s not a bad option.
Pictures aren’t all of the same property, we felt the real life standard didn’t match the images. The room also wasn’t very clean, especially floors. The bathroom curtain was stained and mouldy. Floor boards lifted in pool area as well as a loose pool ladder, doesn’t feel very safe. Although staff were friendly, communication at this property was challenging.

FRVery confortable stay, good wifi, near everything you would ever need and the staff is very reactive, I d come back here for sure
Maybe they could put water jugs in the main room instead of getting plastic bottles at the staff house to use less plastic, also behind the bed tables was not clean but very hard to reach so I cant really complain

The first room we had was worn and smelt like mould. The second room we got had a rat that kept leaving its matter on our bed and floor

ITAUI loved the location it was so hand being near all the good restaurants, feels like you are in the heart of food paradise. Aswell as this the bed was massive staff cleaned the pool daily and housekeeping always did a good job. Staff also give you lots of privacy and dont bother you. Pool is nice to chill in and amazing blackout curtains for a good sleep in.
