Privacy. You get the whole place which is one room on the top (entry) floor which is equipped with small kitchenette area, lounge and small balcony, and middle floor which is a nice spacious bedroom with en suite. Spacious property. Bottom floor is locked up presumably for storage. Two nearby tavernas with amazing fresh fish. We enjoyed Margarita. Also can walk along the coast to Steni Vala. Good air conditioning. Handy big bowl for washing too! Host very communicative and helpful with suggestions of places to go. Lovely view from the windows and side view from balcony.

Outside space not very useful in the heat. Small balconies both floors but very sunny in the afternoon without shade. Room for chairs only. A sun lounger under an Olive tree would have added some luxury! However plenty of lovely beaches nearby.
