the Sails, Garden Penthouse

The jacuzzi was dirty. Given that the jacuzzi is a key feature of the penthouse, we were disappointed that it was not properly cleaned and maintained. We kindly request that this matter be addressed to ensure future guests can enjoy the full experience without concern.

The only thing short in that apartment is Wifi and bath towels the rest is good I want to make a booking for December holidays with my family if you can provide me with this two things thanks very much bye 🙏 Johannes Mabena

Location is in the Point, that was the only positive

The location at the Durban Point Waterfront is good, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. On arrival the apartment did not appear to have been properly prepared. There were stains on the bedding, towels were very worn and were not replaced during the stay, and we found a broken glass in the cupboard. There were also personal items left in the bathroom from a previous guest and the lights in the apartment repeatedly tripped. The apartment is in generally a poor condition. All of these issues were reported to the host shortly after check-in with photos, but they were not resolved during the stay - including not been given new towels, nor bedding. The response from the host was dismissive and we were advised that if we were dissatisfied it would be best to make alternative arrangements.

The manager, Mr Ash Manilall was absolutely friendly, available at all times, very pleasant, helpful and accomodating. It really was a pleasure to have someone like him to assist us.

The outdoor jacuzzi on the rooftop was not working. It would have been a good experience

The property is listed as a penthouse but it’s bad and not ready to be in the market. No internet Jacuzzi is dirty and unusable

The house is very beautiful and cosy. Another thing the security in the building was taking a good care for us even if we lost since the apartment is very big.

Rooftop pool was not working.

The shower was very dirty.The place needs a good refurbishing. Kitchen falling apart!!
