Relais Maresca Luxury Small Hotel & Terrace Restaurant

Our stay in Capri was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is just a few meters from the marina, which made getting around much easier. Upon arrival, the host (I apologize as we forgot his name) welcomed us with a glass of champagne and a drink, gave us several tips about Capri, and showed us to our room, which was impeccable. The hotel offers a pass for the funiculare, which saved us from long lines to visit the center of Capri. Breakfast was very good and had a perfect sea view. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant, and the ravioli was the best of the trip. We will definitely return to Capri and stay with them again. Thank you, Relais Maresca!

Totally off location, very noisy from the marina. Very poor bathroom installation. Super average breakfast.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful with things to do around the area. Our room was tiny but very clean. The breakfast was a bit tragic, especially given how much it costs to stay here. Capri, on a whole is a tourist trap and extremely ridiculously overpriced for almost everything.

Breakfast was poor and we had dinner on one of the nights and it was also not great.

The hotel is right on Marina Grande the main ferry port area to enter the island of Capri. At first is good to arrive and be right there just a climb of some steps or an uphill road to reach the hotel. But soon you realize is so hard to get from there everywhere else if you don’t time the taxi time because the lines get huge and long in the sun full of all the day trippers that come in the big ferries from amalfi/ Naples etc or people with luggage trying to transfer into the main center of the island or anacapri. The buses are right in front of the hotel and the funicular beside it but also gets super packed in summer and you have to go super squeezed in there with everyone. Taxis are €25 to the center and they are most comfortable way to move around but prepared to wait sometimes there’s no taxis coming down to this part of the island at all. Hotel tried many times calling them directly for us to be able to make to our reservations but they don’t even answer the hotel. The breakfast was ok nothing amazing or to remember. The staff in the other hand is super attentive and nice. Our room was kept spotless! And the space for 4 was good. It gets extremely hot in capri in June so the air conditioning of the room is very important and this could be improved. Is best to stay around the center easy to reach eveything or other areas of the island for a stress free experience.

We loved the room. It was very spacious for 3 guests. The location was perfect and central. Easy walk to the funicular.

We had trouble with the wifi.

Amazing personnel, especially the hotel manager Antonio. They will help you with all of your desires. The restaurant has a great view and the rooms are much nicer than in the pictures. I would say it’s a perfect hotel for a great experience of Capri.
