I didn't go there and I was told do a new booking as hotel has "checked you out". Pathetic Oyo room experience . Fraudster Oyo. I have seen a few countries thru booking.com and had never experienced this fraud which I experienced in my own country India.

I have seen a few countries thru booking.com and had never experienced this fraud which I experienced in my own country India. BOOKING.COM WILL U TAKE ANY ACTION AGAINST THEM AND SAVE UR IMAGE. OYo customer care officer wants me to do new booking.. pathetic.. he said since you hv done the booking thru booking.com a third party we can't help. Do it now directly from us.. we will be doing it and there won't be any fuss.. I didn't go thru as I can't trust my own ppl and went directly to a hotel reception and did the booking. Booking.com failed here in India by empanellings fraudsters on their page.

Contact number was not mentioned online. Actually hotel was not reachable online via ixigo & oyo. They charged for it but hotel was not reachable. So I'll give zero to app & hotel too.
