I love their structure, big living room...big private room and bed...and also got private bathroom for each room...

But their facilities is a little old-fashioned...the family room's bathtub cannot use, the sink is clogged too...in the same room's aircond controller also broken! I had contact the staff but no reply for solve those problems... This make me annoyed! I'm a bit disappointed...I think not worth the prize.

Like only the location of the stay.

TV is not unable to switch ON, when ask the host for assist. They just instructed to switch ON the TV from the bottom of the TV which DID NOT WORK AT ALL. The 1st Floor toilet bowl was clogged but when we requested for the maintenance services to fix the clogged, they reluctantly informed that will get their cleaner to check. But all did not happen. Living room air-conditioning leaked water. Refrigerator chiller was not even near chilled temperature although have max out the temperature control.
