"poor administration of guests, we were double booked on final night. wasn’t resolved quickly. could have been a lot bett"

cottage was nice, furnishings were good. we loved the crystals and books and outside deck

pool need maintenance, lovely pool but handrail fell off in pool as rusty and poolside tiles were damaged and broken. step to spa was poorly put together with nails exposed. spa was dirty with sand and bugs, not sure if the chlorine was being administered regularly. we were double booked by the management on the last night.
