Exactly as shown in the photos. Finished to a high specification. Dog friendly garden and year round dog friendly beach nearby. My husband enjoyed his morning run to the beach. Kelly was a great host. She responded quickly and was very accommodating with my requests.

I was a bit concerned about the area we drove through to approach the property and then found the outside of the property was a little scruffy. I do understand the difficulties of managing a communal space and Kelly is working with the neighbours to fix this. However don’t be put off. This property is definitely a case of ‘don’t judge a book by its cover’. The apartment is lovely and neighbouring areas down to the seafront and over to Southbourne are fine.

Very clean, well presented apartment. Great communication from agent. Good location as a base to explore local area. Nice touches like a welcome pack with tea, coffee, jams, and some milk. Comfortable beds and a good shower. Lovely garden area to relax in the evening.

Received an email the day before the box code. The box was next to the door so all very easy to get in.

Perfect holiday home with comfort throughout! Beds were so fresh and had a great nights sleep. Loved the bathroom with the deep stand alone bath. And the sofas were so nice I am going to order the same! We only had 2 nights so didn’t get to explore much but we will be back for a longer stay!

Beautiful apartment. Good size and clean. Lovely decoration throughout and decent garden too.

One bathroom, second toilet a bit uncomfortable

Some lovely touches in the property, large rooms , everything you need to cook , washing machine was a bonus .

The build of the property is letting it down, seems damp , shower curtain was useless so bathroom was constantly wet .second toilet wasn’t really useable as too small . The area did not reflect the price of the stay sadly .

The property is very clean and modern and located within walking distance to the beach. Located near enough to main town and shops as well. The hosts were very helpful when we contacted them for some assistance.

Slight lack of plug sockets that werent already being used, but didnt affect the stay - more of a recommendation

Great location and accommodation, perfect for what we needed. Especially liked the safe enclosed garden for the dogs.

If I’m being picky, the second toilet was a little small, especially for my 6ft 4” husband!
