The property is high spec and attractively renovated with a good size outdoor area which acts as a little sun trap ! Comfortable beds with lovely linen & nice quality bath towels. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils & crockery.

The property is absolutely NOT a 5 min stroll from the beach which is why we booked based on the description. 2 of our party recently had surgery so this was a huge disadvantage and we felt very misled! Also the apartment is not suitable for 6 adults as the twin room is so very tiny so no room for luggage, make up etc There is very limited hanging space / no wardrobes !

The property was really luxurious so we really felt like we were spoiling ourselves. Loved sitting out in the garden. The welcome basket had just what we needed after a long drive to get to Bournemouth.

When we arrived we found that one of the bins in the kitchen hadn't been properly cleaned and was so smelly we needed to put it outside. The property is close to the beach but Boscombe is on a cliff. There is a proper descent route but it is quite steep so was not accessible to the older members of our party.

Beautiful apartment incredibly clean, loved all the decor and the garden, the welcome basket and wine was much appreciated, the owner was sadly to contact when we needed it.

Location was perfect. Very peaceful. Easy access to the Boscombe Beach and a very pleasant walk to Bournemouth along the coast. Beautiful place to stay for a family 😊
