Не удалось связаться с хозяином объекта размещения (квартиры) , хотя бронирование было подтверждено. Он не ответил на телефонные звонки и сообщение по электронной почте. В результате мы не смогли заселиться. Мы просили помощь у службы поддержки Booking, но к сожалению также не получили ответа. Таким образом, нас подвели и нам пришлось искать другое жилье
