MYstrategic location
small room, small bathroom
MYStaff is friendly..location is perfect..tv just okey..bathroom is clean..room 70% clean ( little of dirty & fungus)..swimming pool was nice.
Bad facilities,no iron at room, iron room very2 dirty, small room (lucky only 2 person )..i dont care if prize below rm130, but with 190++, i think i can get more comfortable room at another hotel at k.t...( speak with experience)..

The room was not clean. The pillows and bed sheets were also dirty, and there were many mosquitoes. It’s very unsuitable for families with babies and young children.

I was late checked in. Unfortunately, I received un-ready room (after used condition). And I waited 45 minutes to get my room to be ready. Also, a lot of mosquitos.

the room is not ready to receive guest, only bed side table, no proper place to hang close, when we enter the room the floor was wet due to ac condensation. the security is not very good. house keeping was not done. wifi not stable. the room feel very old despite their claim that it is newly removated. furniture is old and cheap feel.
