I like how simple everything is. You have a great location. Adding more natural looking greeneries will make the place a very nice getaway spot. The staff is friendly. I will definetely come back.

I wish the room locations are labelled properly with arrows showing the rooms. Adding a noise barrier can greatly help with the screaming children at the pool. The corridor was used as a storage space. Please find a proper place for storage. My door lock was broken and the hotel management put a long bolt. These are easily and quickly replacable. I read in the previous review that there are mosquitoes in the room. I can confirm that there are mosquitoes in the room. I had a mozzy spray ready. It will be very nice if you can provide breakfast as well as food via room service.

I booked 2 superior queen room on Friday 20/06 and 1 of the room was a nightmare for my family. I was told that 1 of the room is old room after I reported the defect in the room on the next day to receptionist. Imagine that I didn’t report the defect and the resort silently charging me the new rooms price without telling me . That particular room makes my mom & dad can’t sleep the whole night. The old room is Out of order room which can’t be stay by people due to aircond was leaking , No water heater and flushing was out. Imagine that you do your business in the toilet and see the poo still flooding all the time. I was expecting the upper management to called me during check out but was told by receptionist Atika that manager is in the meeting with HQ people that can’t be disturb. And more disappointed was they should be calling me to understand my frustration rather than let me write in this. I will not coming here again after all the bad services I have received. NEVER. Tips : better check properly what you paying for.
