Ottima struttura che offre il self check-in in autonomia e con parcheggio riservato ai clienti. Tornerò sicuramente

I like the room

I didn’t like the way the lady of the property treated us because I called to asked if she could help us heat our food because it was already made food we bought at the supermarket and she was like “you should have booked and apartment if you wanted a kitchen and I can’t help you and also said we can’t eat in the room then hunged up the call while I was talking.she was supposed to turn on the heater but she didn’t and never bothered to come back and check so we stayed there for like 2 hrs after her husband came the he had to enter the room to fix it while we were in the room.

The room was similar to the pictures. The interior design and bed was comfortable.

The host was not very friendly. We arrived two hours before checking and called the owners after ringing the bell a few times to ask if we can leave the luggage or even check in earlier. First he claimed not to be at home, then he opened the door after a few minutes and was not amused. There were no welcoming words. She claimed that we booked only for one person which was not true. After allowing us to leave the luggage he told us not to come back even 1 second before the check-in time. We had the room as can be seen in pictures 1-2 and 64-73. It has its own entrance door and no access to the garden seen in other pictures. The water out of the shower and sink was very cold and could not made warm, not even after waiting a while. There were plenty of Moskitos in the room which came in from a bathroom window that cannot be closed.
