DEDavids appartment is absolutly amazing! You have the best view onto the lake and santa cruz is the most calming little place. The kitchen has everything you need and only 3 mins walking distance are 2 little shops selling everything you need for a delicious breakfast and snacks. The bed is comfy and the towles are super fluffy! David was always quick to reply. His facility manager Andres is a superstar - super friendly and helpful making sure you have everything you need. We didnt realise the boats stopped at 7:30 pm and he imideiatly helped us with a private boat to pick us up. We will deffinitly reccomend this place and come again.

USIncredible view. David, the owner, is very chill and accommodating. He even took me on a hike to San Marcos which I really enjoyed. The apartment itself has a wonderful feel and is decorated with love. Note that there aren’t grocery stores in Santa Cruz, so pick up your groceries in Panajachel.
My only complaint was that I couldn’t get the hot water to work during my stay. But, to be fair, I’m sure if I had asked David to help me with it, he would have obliged.
AUAmazing location. Sensational view to wake up to. We loved making this our home for 2 weeks. David was friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds - enough space for 3 of us. We would stay again.
USNew and beautiful lakefront apartment. Was very clean and well stocked for cooking meals and making our own Atitlán coffee. Nice shower towels. Great service and attentiveness from both David and Andres. Thank you!
What’s not to like?
CRThe location and the balcony view is breathtaking, you can spend hours sitting just watching the boats pass by. Fully equipped kitchen with appliances allowing us to prepare meals with ease. The location is so peaceful offering lake side paths where you can safely get lost and enjoy the views.
It clearly was not cleaned before our arrival, it was musty and there were dead insects in the bed, surfaces dusty and worst of all scorpion nesting in the curtain which left us feeling very uncomfortable for the remaining days of our stay. We had to use cleaning equipment and spare bed sheets.
