Pool's water seems to be not to clean

Sehr schöner Garten mit schönem, grossen Pool - eine Idylle in der Touristen-Metropole Ubud. Jedes der Gästehäuser ist anders, jedoch ganz oder grösstenteils aus Holz, was mir sehr gefallen hat. Wer die tropische Natur liebt, ist hier richtig.

Jedes Bett in dieser Anlage braucht ein Moskitonetz, da man sonst nicht entspannt schlafen kann. Da ich keine Klimaanlagen mag, liess ich lieber die Tür offen, um mit der Natur verbunden zu sein. Auch Deckenventilatoren würden völlig ausreichen. Der Pool war leider nicht transparent (wie auf den Fotos), sondern trüb/grün.

Le cadre est magnifique, avec une végétation riche et diversifiée. Le personnel toujours présent et sympathique, prêt à faciliter votre séjour.

Au moins une table de chevet serait la bienvenue. Quelques problèmes d’évacuation dans les canalisations.

The staff was always so helpful! Very peaceful place. The highlight of my day was always the amazing breakfast by the garden.

The cabins are really close together so you can hear your neighbors loudly and so do they. Bring earplugs or consider not booking the Jawa room.

I had such a lovely stay here. The territory is incredibly green and beautiful, and the atmosphere is truly special. I especially loved the natural sounds around the villas — cicadas, birds, and crickets — it feels so peaceful and alive at the same time. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The breakfasts were delicious, and the Indonesian breakfast was my absolute favorite. If you’re looking for something more authentic than a typical European-style villa with a pool, this place is perfect. It has its own charm and character, and it was exactly the kind of peaceful experience I was hoping for.

The property is beautiful and all the little villas are lovely and facing a big pool. Delicious, generous portion of nasi goreng with the breakfast and nice fruit. The location was perfect as it was a 4 minute walk to the venue I was attending an event at for a few days. Sounds of frogs and insects was nice as there is so much nature there. Even though the front windows in my villa were wooden slats with no mesh, not one mosquito came in.

I was expecting my room to be cleaned and the towels refreshed. I left them after 2 days in a wet pile on the floor which is the code for please refresh them. I came back in the evening and they had all been just hung up, damp and dirty on the racks. Communicating I wanted house keeping done during a 4 night stay was strangely difficult. On the 3rd day I finally had new towels provided. Maybe just be very clear from the start about this.

Heel mooie villa's in prachtige tuin waar je nog de natuurgeluiden hoort. Op slechts enkele minuten van het drukke Ubud ben je in een oase van rust.

Het ontbijt kan beter. De buitenunits van de airco systemen maken heel veel geluid, ook al is er best wat afstand tussen de bungalows, als je buur de airco gans de nacht laat draaien, hoor je dit heel goed wat jammer is voor de anders zo rustige omgeving.

The garden is lush green, and my impression is as if I were in the middle of a jungle. I can hear various noises made by frogs and insects at night and bird chirping in the morning.

There was no canteen. Although I booked the room with breakfast included. But, because there was no canteen, I was required to prebook my breakfast, so that they could bring breakfast to my room. If I don't prebook or I forget to prebook breakfast, they would assume that I don't want breakfast and no breakfast would be served. And honestly speaking, their breakfast menu is very poor and horribly cooked. I stayed there 4 nights, but only ordered 2 breakfasts and gave up the rest. The room is fairly clean, but there are lots of mosquitoes, because the room is not fully insulated from outside. Mosquitoes and lizards can go into the room through wooden latched windows. I got mosquito's bites everywhere on my body. I suggest the hotel should provide guests with insect repellent if they don't want to insulate the room properly. The last thing i don't like is the shower set. It didn't work properly, so water didn't flow out evenly and smoothly. It definitely needed to be replaced.
