Cordial Beach Hotel Da Nang

The location was good and reasonably quiet. Walking distance to the beach with some nice little restaurant's around the area. The staff were all good and helpful.

The room was cleaned several times during our stay at our request, but the floor was never vacuumed or mopped. Behind the bathroom door was someone else's hair and lint. The fridge had mould and looks like it hadn't been cleaned in ages! No handle on the bathroom tap and skirting boards falling off which is dangerous. Breakfast didn't cater for westerners and the coffee was near on cold every morning. There were ants 🐜 crawling all over the bench and bedside tables, so you couldn't leave any food containers open. (We do understand ants are everywhere, but thought we'd let everyone know just in case) The water in the shower was cold every morning and just bareable to stand under for a quick shower. In general, cleaning is done around furniture and nothing is moved and this includes the foyer.

Нормальные завтраки, всегда свежие фрукты и овощи) Шикарный бассейн на крыше с незабываемым видом. Удобная во всех смыслах локация, рядом даже обменник с хорошим курсом, кафешки, магазины, аптеки, все рядом. До моря прогуляться одно удовольствие)

Lovely hotel little far from all the main places but still walkable distance found it quite loud at night made it hard to sleep but apart from that staff where lovely

excellent property, close to the attractions.. Friendly and polite staff. Swimming pool on the terrace was great.
